Leland's Pizza Dough

2-3 cups Flour
1 cup hot Water
1 tblspn Yeast - activate yeast - 10-15 min
2 tblspn Olive Oil
2 tblspn Sugar
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425
Miix 1 cup warm water with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp yeast. Let the yeast activate for about 5 minutes then add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp (TEAspoon) salt.

I guesstimate the flour but it usually uses somewhere from 2-3 cups. If you want, let this rise for about 30 min in a warm part of the kitchen. It should rise enough so that when you poke the dough it collapses.

This will yield enough dough for 1 pizza.
