4 ripe tomatoes
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
3 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Cut up tomatoes, mix with ingredients. Serve over toasted bread.
